Waltham Partnership for Youth collaborates with youth, families, and partner organizations to address long-standing systemic inequities while building a community of belonging and opportunity for Waltham youth. We envision a world where young people have the skills, resources and opportunities to participate fully in their communities and create their own paths to success and well-being.

Trinity Boston Connects™ (TBC) mission is to heal the traumatic impact of systemic racism on youth of color in Boston and create a more equitable city in which they can thrive. In pursuit of this, TBC utilizes its three essential community practices (restorative justice, trauma-inclusive care, and racial equity) to serve three populations (youth, youth workers, and youth serving organizations). We envision a day when youth of color in Boston are able to thrive in safe, healing communities, supported by adults who are working toward their own self-awareness, growth, and healing.

The Wily Network works to ensure that students navigating their life and education on their own have the tools and networks necessary to thrive in four-year residential colleges and transition successfully into post-college life.

Steps to Success promotes equity for Brookline’s students from low-income families by expanding their horizons, building upon their skills, and supporting their educational journey in order to maximize their life choices.

SMOC’s mission is to improve equity, wellness, and quality of life for diverse individuals and families by providing advocacy, education, and a wide range of services; building a community of support and inclusion; and creating awareness to combat poverty through partnerships and coalitions with other organizations.
