Hope Floats Healing & Wellness Center (Hope Floats) is a bereavement and educational center for adults, children, teens, and their families who are grieving, dealing with illness, or facing other life challenges. Our free support services bring hope and healing to those in need.
Hear Your Song, Inc.

Hear Your Song empowers children and teens with serious illnesses and complex health needs to make their voices heard through collaborative songwriting. Hear Your Song provides power and choice—and a microphone—to young people with a wide range of diagnoses, both physical and mental health conditions, that so often deprive them of both power and choice in their day-to-day lives. At Hear Your Song, we believe that every young person deserves the chance to define themselves on their own terms. We provide all of our programs free of charge, ensuring that our songwriting sessions are accessible to all, regardless of financial need.
Center for Humanistic Change

The Center for Humanistic Change, Inc. (CHC), founded in 1979 in Allentown, PA, as a private, nonprofit organization providing prevention education and life skills, has the mission “to give people, especially youth, the knowledge and tools they need to make better-informed and more positive life choices. The CHC believes that everyone has the potential to lead a healthy, fulfilling life. Drug, tobacco, and alcohol prevention programs and life skills education are our core services.
BeWell in School

BeWell in School is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that teaches mindfulness and movement as tools for self-regulation. We provide an alternative approach to traditional discipline by proactively building awareness around trauma and teaching strategies to support mental health. Our mission is to provide students with the tools they need to be successful in the classroom, and beyond, by making wellness strategies available to all.
Women’s Lunch Place

Women’s Lunch Place inspires hope and supports the development of self-sustaining skills for women experiencing hunger, homelessness, and poverty. We create a safe, welcoming day shelter community in which we respect the dignity of our guests. We build trusting relationships to provide individualized, integrated services focused on nutrition, health, housing, and economic empowerment.
The Boston House: Hope and Healing for Children with Cancer

Since 1979, The Boston House: Hope and Healing for Children with Cancer has served as a home away from home for children with cancer and other life-threatening hematological diseases and their families. As an essential part of their overall care, The House provides families with no-cost and convenient accommodations in a safe and comfortable home-like setting. Here, children, families, and caregivers find comfort and support among staff, volunteers, and other families facing the life-changing realities of childhood cancer.
Simon’s Heart

Simon’s Heart was started for a boy named Simon who died before his time. Every chapter that we’ve written contains the names of families and children who have been impacted by heart conditions and/or sudden cardiac arrest.

Runway for Recovery

Runway for Recovery provides families with a continuum of support along their journey with breast cancer. We seek to improve the lives of those who are currently affected by breast cancer by supporting their varied needs at critical times during their journey. This has profound impacts on the long-term overall health of the entire family. This work includes support services for survivors and grants to aid with the disease’ lasting financial impacts for stage IV and bereaved families.
One Mission, Inc.

One Mission is a pediatric cancer charity that does whatever it takes to make life brighter for kids fighting cancer and their families. One Mission programs make living in the hospital less lonely and stressful, bring back joy and hope in a time of fear and uncertainty, and give children and their families the support they need to get through the emotional distress and financial challenges pediatric cancer brings.
MAss Mentoring Partnership Inc.

Mentoring, at its core, guarantees young people that there is someone who cares about them and assures them they are not alone in dealing with day-to-day challenges, making them feel like they matter. For this reason, Mass Mentoring Partnership’s (MMP) mission is to ensure that all young people in Massachusetts have the mentoring relationships they need to develop into thriving, engaged adults, resulting in vibrant communities.
