Are there any budgetary requirements to consider for eligibility?
Yes, in order to be eligible for consideration, your organization must have AT LEAST A MINIMUM OF three (3) months of operational budget in reserves. This is to demonstrate sustainability and show that your organization is financially stable enough money to support its short-term needs. Additionally, your organization must have NO MORE THAN nine (9) months of operational budget in reserves. The Grants Committee will be carefully reviewing your Balance Sheet and completed MDF Budget Workbook (spreadsheet) to ensure that your organization meets all financial criteria for eligibility.
What is the timeline for the grant process in 2025?

NO EXCEPTIONS. Proposals received on or after 7/16/2025 will NOT be accepted for award consideration.
